BOND REVOCATIONS
1. Standard: Bond revocations are $300 for anything under $5,000. Anything higher than $10,000 has a base minimum of $600. If there is any traveling out of the metro area, it’s 10% and that must be paid before revoking the bond (if payment is being received by the cosigner). That payment must be negotiated between the bail bondman and the cosigner.
A Bail Enforcement Agent can NOT negotiate a price with a cosigner on a bond for a defendant pickup. that must be done by the bondsman. Regardless of whether the fee is paid by the bondman or cosigner. The payment MUST be made to the bondsman and then invoiced by Pente Legal Solutions to the bail bondsman.
A Bail Enforcement will NOT pick up any money from the cosigner at any time during a defendant pick up. Unless otherwise negotiated between the bondsman and Senior Recovery Agent of Pente Legal Solutions
2. GPS Revocation: ($300) Minimum for the " Defendant " to be picked up and returned to custody by a Pente Legal Solutions Bail Enforcement Agent. If a GPS Defendant (Revocation) cuts off the GPS bracelet, this will automatically become a Bond Revocation. And the bondsman will be paid the fees of (Section 1: Standard Bond Revocation).
3. Defendants in Custody: ($250 Minimum If the " Defendant " is found in Jail after processing & dispatch of Pente Legal Solutions Agent's has become Active.
BOND FORFEITURE
1. Cases: (In-State) $2,500.00 and under are $250.00 minimum unless otherwise negotiated between the bondsman and Senior Recovery Agent of Pente Legal Solutions.
2. Cases: (In-State) $3,000.00 and Higher are 10% of the bond unless otherwise negotiated between the bondsman and Senior Recovery Agent of Pente Legal Solutions.
OUT OF STATE RECOVERIES
1. Cases: (Out of State) is 15% plus travel cost, lodging, and food, with the travel cost being paid up front and the recovery fee paid upon delivery back to their jurisdiction unless otherwise negotiated between the bondsman and Senior Recovery Agent of Pente Legal Solutions.
NOTICE
Recovery Agents are NOT legally allowed to collect money from anyone other than the bondsman or Sr. Recovery Agent. Any recovery agent collecting bond fees or recovery fees is committing the offense of “Criminal Impersonation of a bail agent “unless you are currently underwritten by that bonding agent and appointed under their insurance company as a bond agent; you do NOT have the legal right to collect any fees.
You must collect your fees from the bond agent or their general agent (only if the general agent sends you).
INVOICING
Pente Legal Solutions will send the bail bondsman an invoice for payment of completed recoveries. Payments to Bail Enforcement Agents will be made to the agent by Pente Legal Solutions. Regardless of whether they are independent or not from Pente Legal Solutions. This only applies if the file is completed by Pente Legal Solutions at the time of arrest by a Pente Legal Solutions Bail Enforcement Agent. The other agents who are giving assistance will be paid by Pente Legal Solutions for the work.
RECOVERY FEE CHARGED
All recovery fees that are owed to Pente Legal Solutions for a recovery completed. It must be paid within 48 hours of the completed recovery. Pente Legal Solutions does NOT allow a charge account for recovery fees of a defendant. If a Bail Bondsman has an open balance with Pente Legal Solutions during a recovery, that file will be placed on hold by Pente Legal Solutions and our Senior Management Team until the invoice is paid in full by the Bail Bondsman.
