STANDARD BOND REVOCATIONS FEE

BONDS UNDER $5,000$300 MinimumApplies to standard bond revocations requiring a defendant to be located, apprehended, and returned to custody within our normal service area.
BONDS FROM $5,000-$9,999$450 MinimumThe final recovery fee may vary depending upon the circumstances and complexity of the assignment.
BONDS OF $10,000 OR MORE$600 MinimumAdditional charges may apply when an assignment requires extensive investigation, travel, surveillance, additional personnel, or other extraordinary resources.
TRAVEL OUTSIDE THE DENVER METRO AREAAssignments requiring substantial travel outside the Denver metropolitan area may be charged at 10% of the bond amount, unless another fee has been agreed upon in advance.
Any required advance travel expenses or deposits will be disclosed before deployment.

GPS REVOCATION FEE

STANDARD GPS REVOCATION$300 MinimumThis rate applies when Pente Legal Solutions is requested to apprehend and return a defendant to custody as the result of a GPS-related revocation.
GPS REMOVAL, TAMPERING OR ABSCONDINGWhen a defendant removes, destroys, disables, tampers with, or absconds from an assigned GPS monitoring device and additional recovery efforts become necessary, the assignment may be converted to a Standard Bond Revocation.
The applicable bond-revocation fee will then apply.

DEFENDANT ALREADY IN CUSTODY

IN-CUSTODY DISCOVERY$250 MinimumIf Pente Legal Solutions has already processed the assignment and activated or dispatched personnel, and the defendant is subsequently discovered to already be incarcerated, a minimum $250 fee applies.
This fee covers work already performed, which may include:
- File processing- Investigative research- Database research- Custody searches- Communications- Case verification- Agent activation- Dispatch and field preparation

BOND FORFEITURE RECOVERIES FEE

IN-STATE BONDS OF $2,500 OR LESS$250 Minimum
Unless another fee has been agreed upon between the referring bail bond agent and an authorized Senior Recovery Agent of Pente Legal Solutions.
IN-STATE BONDS OF $3,000 OR MORE10% of the Bond Amount
Unless another recovery fee is negotiated and approved before the assignment.

OUT-OF-STATE RECOVERIES FEE

STANDARD FEE15% of the Bond Amount + Approved Travel ExpensesOut-of-state assignments may include additional expenses for:- Transportation- Mileage- Airfare- Lodging- Meals- Tolls and parking- Rental vehicles- Other reasonable recovery-related expenses
Required travel expenses are generally payable before deployment.
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, the recovery fee becomes due following successful apprehension and delivery of the defendant to the appropriate jurisdiction or receiving authority.
All out-of-state assignments are subject to applicable laws and authorization requirements in the jurisdictions involved.

Cosigner Payment & Collection Policy

BAIL ENFORCEMENT AGENTS DO NOT NEGOTIATE FEES WITH COSIGNERSPente Legal Solutions Bail Enforcement Agents are not authorized to independently negotiate recovery fees or payment arrangements with a cosigner.
When a cosigner will ultimately be responsible for a recovery expense, that arrangement must be handled between the cosigner and the referring bail bond agent or bail bond company.
STANDARD PAYMENT CHAINCosigner → Bail Bond Company → Pente Legal Solutions
Pente Legal Solutions invoices the referring bail bond agent or company for services performed.
BAIL ENFORCEMENT AGENTS DO NOT COLLECT RECOVERY FEESPente Legal Solutions bail enforcement agents are not authorized to collect cash, checks, electronic payments, or other recovery compensation directly from a defendant, cosigner, family member, or other third party during an apprehension.
Any exception must receive prior authorization from Pente Legal Solutions senior management and the referring bail bond agent and must comply with applicable law.

RECOVERY AGENT PAYMENT POLICY

Bail Enforcement Agents working an assignment through Pente Legal Solutions are compensated through Pente Legal Solutions according to the applicable agreement for the assignment.
This policy applies to Pente personnel as well as independent recovery agents assisting with an authorized Pente assignment.
Assisting agents should not independently seek payment from the defendant, cosigner, family member, or referring bail bond company for a Pente-controlled assignment unless specifically authorized.

INVOICING & PAYMENT POLICY

PAYMENT DUE WITHIN 48 HOURSFollowing a completed recovery, Pente Legal Solutions will issue an invoice directly to the referring bail bond agent or bail bond company.
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing:
ALL RECOVERY FEES ARE DUE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF COMPLETION.
Pente Legal Solutions does not maintain open charge accounts for recovery services unless specifically approved by management.
OUTSTANDING BALANCEIf a bail bond agent or company has an outstanding past-due balance with Pente Legal Solutions, additional recovery assignments may be placed on:
ADMINISTRATIVE HOLDAdditional deployment or recovery activity may remain suspended until the outstanding invoice is paid or an alternative payment arrangement has been approved by Pente Legal Solutions management.

CANCELLATION OF AN ACTIVE RECOVERY

Once Pente Legal Solutions accepts an assignment and begins administrative, investigative, surveillance, travel, or field activity, charges may remain due even if the referring bail bond agent subsequently cancels the assignment.
Cancellation fees may be based upon:
- Work already completed- Investigative time- Agent deployment- Surveillance performed- Travel completed- Expenses incurred- Stage of the recovery at cancellation
Non-refundable travel and third-party expenses already incurred remain the responsibility of the referring bail bond company.

MULTIPLE-AGENT & HIGH-RISK RECOVERIES

Certain recoveries may require additional personnel or resources because of the circumstances surrounding an assignment.
When additional personnel are reasonably required, Pente Legal Solutions may establish an additional staffing or operational fee.
Whenever practicable, these charges will be discussed with the referring bail bond agent before additional resources are deployed.
Pente Legal Solutions reserves the right to decline, suspend, or terminate an assignment when management determines that the recovery cannot be conducted lawfully or within company operational and safety requirements.

AUTHORIZATION TO ACT

Pente Legal Solutions may require appropriate documentation establishing the referring bail bond company's authority to request the apprehension and surrender of a defendant.
The referring bail bond agent or company is responsible for supplying accurate information and documentation reasonably necessary to perform the assignment.
Deployment may be delayed until required documentation and authorization have been received and verified by email.
